Frontline’s in-house experts provide an array of right-of-way acquisition services for various utilities and government agencies.

Pre-development consultation:  Our staff advises developers and land acquisition agents on projects to address right-of-way and/or utility concerns as well as corridor selection for linear projects.

Due diligence:  We research property ownership, provide high-level investigation into liens, trusts, entitlements, and advise our clients regarding their options.

Title research:  We have access to recorder deeds, plat maps, survey maps and tax information to assist in preparation of land purchases, easements, and leases.

Acquisition:  We provide assistance for any portion of an acquisition or we can orchestrate the entire acquisition process.

Negotiation with property owners:  We are professionally trained in communication and have highly tuned negotiation skills.  We have extensive experience in negotiating easements, rights-of-way, and land acquisitions.  We manage the process until the documents are signed and ready for recording.

Obtaining right of entry agreements:  We approach owners and convey the need to obtain a right of entry to keep projects on time and address unforeseen obstacles that could delay projects.
